Accepting these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] (“we”, “us”) about your use of the Yuzuu app and this website. By creating an account or using Yuzuu, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Yuzuu.

What Yuzuu does

Yuzuu helps you work towards a personal goal. You describe the goal and answer a few questions, Yuzuu uses AI to write a strategy and roadmap, and it plans tasks for you each day based on your progress. Features may change as we improve the app.

Your account

• You need an account to use Yuzuu. You can sign up with your email address, Sign in with Apple or Google.
• You must be at least [CONFIRM MINIMUM AGE] to use Yuzuu.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information, and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Using Yuzuu responsibly

Please don’t:

• use Yuzuu for anything illegal or harmful, or to plan harm to yourself or others;
• try to access other people’s accounts or data, or interfere with how Yuzuu works;
• copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows;
• use automated means to overload or scrape the service.

AI-generated plans

Your questions, roadmap and daily tasks are written by an AI model. They’re general suggestions to help you make progress — not professional advice — and they can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for you.

• Use your own judgement before acting on a task.
• Don’t rely on Yuzuu for medical, mental-health, financial, legal or safety decisions. Talk to a qualified professional instead.
• Yuzuu can’t guarantee that you’ll reach your goal.

Your content

You own what you put into Yuzuu, like your goal, answers and feedback. You give us permission to store and process it — including sending it to our AI provider — only so we can run Yuzuu for you, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Yuzuu running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop parts of the service. If we make a change that significantly affects you, we’ll try to tell you in advance.

Pricing

Deleting your account and ending these terms

You can stop using Yuzuu and delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Profile → Delete account). See how account deletion works.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first.

Our intellectual property

The Yuzuu name, logo, illustrations, app and website belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your own goals — nothing more.

Disclaimers and liability

Yuzuu is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
