How do I sign in?: Use Sign in with Apple, Google, or your email address and a password. You’ll need an account before you reach your Home screen.
I forgot my password.: On the password screen, tap “Forgot password?”. If there’s an account for that email, we’ll send a reset link.
How do I change my password or name?: Go to Settings (the gear on Home) → Profile to edit your name. If you signed up with email, you can change your password there too.

How is my roadmap made?: Yuzuu uses AI to turn your goal and answers into a refined goal, a strategy and a roadmap of phases with timelines.
The plan doesn’t feel right for me.: AI can get things wrong. Use your own judgement, and let us know what felt off — it helps us improve.

When are my tasks planned?: Once a day, on the day. Yuzuu looks at your roadmap and how recent days went, then plans today’s tasks.
What if I miss a day?: That’s okay. Your roadmap stays put, and the next plan takes the missed day into account — it may be lighter.

How does the streak work?: Every day you complete at least one task counts. Those days get a teal dot on your calendar.
Where can I see past days?: Turn the date dial on Home, or tap the month to open the calendar.

Who can see my goal?: Your goal, plan and progress are stored with your account, and each account can only read its own data. To write your plan, Yuzuu sends your goal and answers to an AI service. Read the full Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?: In the app: Settings → Profile → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account, goal, roadmap and progress. More about account deletion.
